Description
Synchronous belt transmission consists of an endless belt with teeth at
the same interval on the inside surface, and a band pulley with
corresponding teeth.
A new type belt drive integrating the advantages of belt drives, chain
drives and gear drives, these products' motion, belt teeth sockets and
belt pulley engage to transmit movement and power.
Synchronous belt drives feature accurate transmission without slipping,
constant speed ratio, stable transmission, shock absorption and low
operating noise.
With large transmission ratio range, generally up to 1:10; the allowable
linear velocity can reach up to 40m/s.
Transmission power ranges from several watts to hundreds of kilowatts;
with high transmission efficiency; generally up to 0.98.
With compact structures, these belts are also suitable for multi-shaft
transmission, do not need to be lubricated, and are contamination free.
Operating well in conditions that do not permit contamination, as well as
in adverse working environments, these items are extensively used in
automobiles, textile machines, machine tools, chemical engineering,
metallurgy, instrumentation, mining and other mechanical transmission
applications.
